From the first person who opened the car door to the last person to say farewell, every member of the team was kind, professional, attentive, and with an exceptional sense of customer service. The attention to detail was remarkable throughout our stay!

The team was also kind enough to accommodate a room change so we could be closer to the main Badenhaus, which made everything even easier and more comfortable. It is hard to overstate how serene the environment is, and how much effort the team clearly puts into preserving that calm. How can I say this differently : My stress seemed too embarrassed to be there, my usual sense of urgency disappeared and left without forwarding address and stressing over notifications felt like an abstract concept from a previous, uncivilized life.

The whole place has a rare sense of quiet luxury : peaceful, thoughtful, and beautifully maintained. I came here to relax, and Schloss Elmau exceeded my expectations.”
