During the summer months, young players train for two hours with professional coaches from VfB Stuttgart and RB Leipzig, two of the Bundesliga’s leading clubs.
There’s a nervous energy in the air as they gather after lunch for a two hour training camp with professional coaches who treat every eight-year-old like a star signing – blow the whistle, the focus shifts. What makes the Elmau camps unique isn’t just the elite coaching; it’s the philosophy:

You see kids from all over the world, who might not even speak the same language, communicating perfectly through a series of hand signals and shared sprints. It’s a reminder that soccer is the world’s universal language.
